While we can assist in tax preparation and provide general guidance, please be advised that Tax Lego is not authorized to lodge tax returns or conduct any tax-related services requiring registration with the ATO. Therefore, Tax Lego will not be responsible for submitting tax returns to the ATO, nor can we assume liability for the accuracy or compliance of any tax returns lodged by you or a third-party registered agent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any tax-related filings are lodged through a registered tax agent. Tax Lego will not take any responsibility for errors, omissions, or penalties arising from lodgment activities, which are performed by third parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for all services rendered by Tax Lego.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge, especially in relation to your tax obligations and financial records.
You are responsible for engaging a registered tax agent, if necessary, to lodge tax returns or any other documents with the ATO.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tax Lego will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable services. However, Tax Lego does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the provision of services, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in tax preparation, financial advice, or any other content provided. In particular, Tax Lego is not liable for any actions or omissions of registered tax agents or third-party service providers.
